At ePackageSupply, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order of our containers and packaging solutions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our designated fulfillment center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
